Version 2.6 of the Body of Knowledge introduces minimal changes, with the exception of significant updates related to state privacy laws and web scraping. These updates align with the comprehensive revisions made to the state privacy laws chapter in the latest (fourth) edition of the textbook.
State Privacy Laws
State privacy laws have undergone substantial updates, reflecting the dynamic legislative landscape across the United States. Notably, the new version of the exam includes:
