Our refund policy forms part of our terms and conditions and our privacy policy, and should be read in conjunction with those documents. We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time without notice. Please refer to this refund policy before making any purchase on our website.
Due to the nature of our products (digital products), all course purchases are final and non-refundable. Once the payment process is completed, the user will get full access to the courses immediately. Please note that once a course has been purchased the user will not be able to request a refund.
In the event that students or users do not pass the exam corresponding to the course purchased, CIPPTraining.com will refund half (50%) of the total value of the course. Refunds will only be made if the student or user has completed 100% of the course. To request a refund the student or user must send the refund request with the exam results attached to the request.
Upon receipt of your refund request, please allow 3 to 5 business days for the request and your refund to be processed. The refund will be issued for half of the total value of the corresponding course. The refund will be processed and issued via the original payment method. If after 5 business days you have not received your refund, please contact us through our contact information.
